The Men’s Physique Package gives you big portions of cooked food to help you stay fit and strong. You’ll get chicken, rice, and vegetables, all cooked and ready to go, but not divided into meals yet. You just weigh and measure the food yourself using the product pictures on this page as a guide. It’s an easy way to eat clean and follow a muscle-building plan with 4 meals a day for 5 days.
