Retail Partner Early Access & Confidentiality Disclosure

By purchasing, receiving, or carrying early-access Buffin Bakery or Hummus Fit products, including limited-release muffins, seasonal items, mystery drops, or launch-day products, you agree to keep all product details confidential until the official release is announced by the official Hummus Fit or Buffin Bakery pages.

Retail partners may not sell, display, release, post, advertise, photograph, film, share, or promote any early-access product before the official release date and time.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Posting on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, stories, reels, or any other social media platform

• Sharing product photos or videos with customers, influencers, staff, or media

• Announcing flavors, packaging, pricing, availability, or launch details

• Selling or giving out the product before the official release

• Allowing customers to post or reveal the product early

The official release must come from the Hummus Fit or Buffin Bakery accounts first.

Any early release, unauthorized sale, leak, or media posting before the official announcement will result in an automatic stop of the retail partnership, and may affect future access to limited releases, mystery drops, wholesale opportunities, and early product allocations.

By purchasing or accepting early-access products, you acknowledge and agree that these products are confidential until officially released, and you consent to keeping all information private until the approved launch time.
